Bill Bray, Attorney – Otey, Smith & Quarles

In 2018, Bill joined Otey, Smith & Quarles, a full-service law firm located in Williamsburg with extensive experience in closing real estate transactions. He represents clients in the areas of residential real estate, commercial real estate, contract review and drafting and estate planning.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Bill was a Major League Baseball player, pitching in over 250 games for the Washington Nationals and Cincinnati Reds. After retiring from baseball in 2014, Bill returned to Williamsburg to finish his undergraduate degree at the College of William & Mary and subsequently graduated from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law.
